1-Year Warranty on All Watches
If you encounter any issues with your watch, please contact us directly for assistance.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (including duties) and a $50 restocking fee for returns.
  • A full refund or exchange will be processed once the item is received and confirmed to be in brand-new condition.
  • Returns are only accepted if the watch is unworn, unsized, and still has its original protective packaging (plastic protection on the strap).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

🚨 Cancellation Fees Apply

  • Orders canceled after placement are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per watch, as time and resources are already allocated to building the piece.
  • Cancellations are only accepted on the same day the order is placed. After that, assembly begins and the order cannot be canceled.

Warranty Coverage

🛠 1-Year Warranty - We've Got You Covered
For one year, Chronodesigns will handle any manufacturing defects or component malfunctions.

  • If your watch has a defect that can be resolved by replacing a component (e.g., wrong bracelet, wrong bezel color, defective movement), we will send a replacement part at no cost.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement part, we will take back the defective watch and send you a new replacement for free.
  • If a functional issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost.
  • If the watch has no defects, the warranty and return policy will not be activated.
  • If an accessory is missing or defective, we will refund or replace the missing item, but this does not qualify for a full return.

🚫 The following do not qualify for a return or warranty claim:

  • Used watches (plastics removed, worn, or resized).
  • Size issues (if the watch does not fit properly).
  • Change of mind (if you simply do not like the style).
  • Water damage – While our watches are tested, we do not guarantee full water resistance as they are hand-assembled. If moisture enters, placing the watch in a glass of rice overnight should resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

📦 Customer Responsibility for Package Delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure successful package delivery.
  • Failure to respond to carrier communications or picking up the package will result in no refund or replacement.
  • We do not refund for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses.

🚫 No Refunds for Delays

  • Delays in assembly or shipping do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.
  • Orders not arriving in time for special occasions (birthdays, holidays, gifts) do not qualify for a refund or return.
  • If a delivery delay occurs after the order is dispatched, this is the carrier’s responsibility and does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

Returns Process & Customer Responsibilities

📩 How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return your watch:

  1. Contact our support team before returning the item.
  2. Ship the watch back at your own cost.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2 weeks.

🚫 Important Notes on Returns

  • If the item is not defective, customers must cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the wrong or defective watch is delivered, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
  • Watches that have been used or unwrapped from their original packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Any issues due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear are not covered by the return policy.

Policy Violations & Customer Conduct

  • Customers must communicate respectfully with our team. Any form of abuse, insults, or threats will result in voided warranty and support refusal.
  • Customers who block communication (e.g., ignoring messages) will have their warranty and support rights revoked.
